For years, Holy Eucharist Illuminated lived on Creative Commons Prayer, a resource website operated by Kyle Oliver from 2017 to 2019. The premise of the site was to create spirituality and formation tools from rights-free and Creative Commons-licensed media.
By far the most successful post was Holy Eucharist Illuminated, which published for purchase a set of illustrated teaching cards that began their life as part of a sermon series at St. Michael’s Church in New York City. Nearly 1,000 sets later, Oliver launched the long-requested follow-up: Baptism & Confirmation Illuminated.
